Food Truck Friday at Two Monks

“Put Some Pork On Your Fork” with The Slop Truck. Come on down to Two Monks Brewing Company for a night of great food and great beer. Grab something from The Slop Truck and then come inside to make you own beer pairings.   They were at The Tallmadge Food Truck Festival.  I got a pulled pork sandwich and the corn fritters.  While I was slamming that pork sandwich all I wanted was a Meancog, our delicious Irish stout, to wash it down with.  As for the corn fritters, they deserved a pint of “Brewberry” our signature ale that we age with brewberries.   When you stop in be sure to ask Steve about the brewberry bushes he keeps out back.  Steve had a bowl that included pork, macaroni and cheese, and potato chips.  WHAT?????????  Sounds delicious to me, maybe our American Pale Ale would be a good compliment.  Don’t take my word for it come on down to Two Monks on June 16th from 4pm-9pm and decide for yourself.
